We grew up on the flavors of Palestine—olive oil warmed by the sun, lemon and garlic on our hands, skewers snapping over charcoal. When our family came to the United States, those flavors were the first things we unpacked. Kebab House started as a promise we made in our own kitchen: cook the food we know with the same care our parents taught us, and share it with our new neighbors.

That’s why our menu stays true to the basics done right. Meats are marinated with lemon, garlic, parsley, cumin, and a hint of sumac, then grilled over open flame. Shish and kufta kebab. Shish tawook. Shawarma shaved tender. Fresh salads, pickles, tahini, and warm bread to wrap it all up. Simple ingredients, honest technique, portions that feel generous because hospitality is part of the recipe.
